the staff was good! they were helpful with directions.

The room was small. i found a couple of hairs and some dust, suggesting cleaning was not thorough. it felt a bit claustrophobic because of the tight space. Moving around was difficult. also, the bed was quite firm. I struggled to get comfortable during the night.

The location was fantastic. It was close to transport connections. The room was quiet throughout the night. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
My room was quite small. There was not much space to store my luggage (I only stayed two nights). There were just pegs on the wall for hangers with no wardrobe or drawers.

they cleaned our room daily. it included extra towels. also they provided another bottle of tap water. location is great. the reception is open always, it was convenient. the staff was friendly.
the room was cramped. the bed just fitted. there was barely room for two people.
